Privacy Policy

Last updated October 11, 2026

This policy explains what information DrakeCode collects when you visit drakecode.com, book a call with us, or work with us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain English on purpose. DrakeCode is a brand of AlterAim, LLC (“DrakeCode”, “we”, “us”).

1. Who we are

AlterAim, LLC, doing business as DrakeCode, is responsible for your information. You can reach us at contact@alteraim.com, by phone at (702) 707-6442, or by mail at 400 South Fourth Street, Suite 540, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101.

2. What this policy covers

It covers drakecode.com, the calls you book through it, and the emails and text messages we send you about them. If you become a client, your Website Service Agreement also has confidentiality terms, and where it says more than this policy, it applies too.

It does not cover the websites we build for our clients. Information a client’s website collects from that client’s customers belongs to the client, and the client’s own privacy policy covers it.

3. What information we collect

What you give us when you book a call

  • Your name, email address and phone number, and the country of that phone number.
  • The day and time you pick, and your time zone, so the call lands at the right hour for you.
  • Whether you ticked the optional box to receive text messages, and if you did, the date and time you ticked it and the exact wording you agreed to, so we can show when and how you gave permission.

What you tell us later

On a call, by email, or once you become a client, you may share details about your business, your project, the materials for your website (text, logos, photos), and the logins we need to do the work. If you buy from us, payment details are handled by our payment processor (see section 6), and we do not store full card numbers.

What is collected automatically

Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider whose servers record standard technical information when a page loads: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. This is used to run the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

We also count, without cookies and only in total, which pages are viewed and how far visitors get through the site. Section 7 explains what is counted.

We do not collect your precise location. We only learn your time zone from your browser, to show booking times in your local time.

4. How we use your information

  • To schedule the call you booked, and to send you the confirmation, reminders and any change to it.
  • To talk with you about your website and prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
  • If you become a client: to build, host and support your site, and to bill you under your agreement.
  • To answer your questions and give you support.
  • To keep the site and the booking form secure, including stopping spam and automated abuse.
  • To see, in total and without cookies, how far visitors get through the site, so we can improve it.
  • To keep the records the law requires, including proof of your text message consent.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

5. Text messaging (SMS) communications

If you give us a phone number when you book a call, we use it to send text messages related to that call, such as booking confirmations, reminders before the call, and updates if the time changes (“transactional messages”), but only if you tick the optional SMS consent box. The box is never ticked for you, and you do not have to tick it to book a call. If you do not tick it, we keep your number only to reach you about the call you booked, for example if we need to call you, and we do not text it.

We do not run a marketing text program. If we ever start one, it will ask for its own separate, optional consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP. You can also email us at contact@alteraim.com.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as needed to deliver the messages themselves. We never sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with anyone for their marketing or promotional purposes.

The text message program is also described in our Terms of Service.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising based on your activity across other websites. We share it only in these cases:

  • Service providers who run parts of our business for us, under contract and only to do that work: our scheduling, customer relationship and messaging platform (HighLevel, which keeps our calendar and contact records and sends booking emails and texts), our website hosting provider, our email provider, and our payment processor (Stripe). If you become a client, also the providers we need to build and run your site, such as domain, hosting and design tools. They may not use your information for anything else.
  • The law: when we believe in good faith it is required to respond to a subpoena, court order or similar legal process, or needed to investigate fraud, protect our rights, or protect someone’s safety.
  • A change of business: if DrakeCode or AlterAim, LLC is reorganized, merged, or sold, your information may pass to the new owner, who stays bound by this policy until it is changed as described in section 12. DrakeCode may later move to its own company; if it does, that company takes over this policy.
  • With your permission, for example if you ask us to introduce you to someone.

We may share information that cannot identify you, such as how many people booked a call in a month.

7. Cookies and tracking

drakecode.com does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and nobody follows you across other sites from it.

To learn how far visitors get, the site uses Vercel Web Analytics, from our hosting provider, Vercel. It sets no cookies and counts only totals: the pages viewed, and a short list of named steps, such as the loading screen finishing, a preview video opening, the booking opening, or a call being booked. The site never sends it your name, email, phone number, anything you type, or the details of a booking.

The site also keeps a few small items in your browser’s local storage. None of them holds anything about who you are, none of them ever leaves your device, and the site works the same without them:

  • drakecode.intro.lastScript: which opening animation you saw last, so your next visit shows a different one.
  • drakecode.ending.lastLanding: which style the ending landed on last, so the next one lands on another.
  • drakecode.sound: your sound settings (the volume, and whether the sound is off), so the site sounds the way you left it.
  • drakecode.intro.seen: that you have watched the opening animation once, so later visits go straight to the list of industries.

You can clear them at any time from your browser’s settings.

If we add any other tracking, we will update this section before it goes live, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

8. How we protect it

Every page and every form is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Booking details go straight from our server to our scheduling platform; your browser never holds our access keys. Access to your information is limited to the people and providers who need it for the purposes above, and the accounts that hold it are protected with strong, unique credentials.

No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission. If a breach affecting your information happens, we will tell you as the law requires.

9. How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact information while we are talking with you about a project, and for as long as you are a client. Proof of text message consent is kept for as long as we might send you texts, and for a period afterwards so we can show the consent was real. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are kept as long as the law requires. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous. Copies may remain in backups for a short time before they are overwritten.

10. Your choices and rights

  • Text messages: reply STOP to stop them, or HELP for help.
  • Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email that is not about a call you booked or work in progress, or email us.
  • See, correct or delete your information: email contact@alteraim.com and tell us what you would like. We will answer within 30 days, and may need to confirm it is really you first.

Extra rights, depending on where you live

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to ask us to delete or correct it; to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither); and not to be treated differently for using any of these rights. Nevada residents may ask us not to sell their information; we do not sell it. Residents of other US states with privacy laws have similar rights.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive it in a portable form, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We use your data to take the steps you asked for before a contract (booking a call), to perform a contract with you, for our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, and, for text messages, with your consent.

To use any of these rights, email contact@alteraim.com. You may also ask someone you authorize to make the request for you.

11. Age

drakecode.com and our services are meant for adults running a business. They are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Where it is stored, and changes to this policy

Our providers store information in the United States. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred there, where privacy law may differ from yours.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email, or on the site, before it takes effect.
